never got a confirmation– and within a month fishing fell in the water with my cannon camera– tried and tried to contact– no luck– bad enough to ruin a $109 camera but $20 insurance was worthless- will never buy insurance again

you most likely just need to get the correct exposure, as they show in the videos and referenced in the user manual (they also have a YouTube channel with great videos…Amazon imaging). the bright white background will force any camera/phone using auto-exposure to under expose. use the +/- settings if using a camera o??

Answer: You can clip different type of backdrops of your choice (color/material/theme). It doesn’t come with additional ones but the permanent one that’s built in
how do i repair the itam i baught
Answer: takes one second to unplug it from the unit and it auto-switches off when you collapse it (takes seconds), or how about a cheap switch that attaches to the cable from local store. is it broke? you need to repair it? this item is sturdy as they come.
