So far, so good. Right out of the box I noticed I had gotten more bag than I initially thought. There were two small, holster type pouches that clipped and velcroed to the main shoulder straps. This was a happy surprise, as I didn??t notice them in any of the product pictures. There is also a large storage area that is accessible from the ??back?? of the bag. (The part against your back) I love that the waist belt comes off, and is also held firmly in place with Velcro. My main goal with this bag was to eliminate the need for checked luggage when traveling, and I can tell I will have plenty of space for all my traveling needs. The straps inside the main compartment for securing my clothing items were also unexpected and much appreciated. The zippers seem sturdier than a similar bag I??ve owned. There is also a clip attached in one compartment that seems to function as a quick-release for keys? The main compartment zippers have holes which meet up so you can lock them closed. 4 stars for now because I haven??t actually traveled with the bag as of yet. Will update after my first successful trip.

Top Critical Review

My backpack arrived with the divider between two compartments not sewn properly. The cloth does not appear to be ripped, more like the sewing machine just missed the fabric. Or there was not enough fabric in the seam to catch the thread.
As can be seen in the pictures I took, the opening is large enough for items to slip from one compartment to another.
It appears to be just sloppy work putting it together.
I cannot recommend this backpack.

Will a cooler that is 13 inches wide, by 9.5 inches deep, by 15 inches tall fit into the main compartment and close completely?
Answer: I think so. I manage to get my Phantom 4 pro inside with plenty of room left over

Are the zippers waterproof?
Answer: not water proof, but light water resistance.

they have a flap to put over the zipper to keep some water (light rain) from going inside.

Is the waist strap removable?
Answer: Yes, I just remove mine to see how it’s done

What are the dims of each of both velcro pads?
Answer: 1”*5” and 4”*4”
