The plier and the gripper are very well made. The movements are tight, don’t wobble, not flimsy. The gloves’ rubber palm provides substantial padding for hand protection, at the same time with excellent grip. They fit my hands perfectly. But a little too big for my wife. I don’t have big hands. I wear L size gloves. I presume the elasticity helps for larger hands, but sure to what extent. Anyway, the kit meets just about every need I can think of handling newly caught fish of less than 3 feet in size.

It is light weight but not very robust. It will get the job done but I’m not sure how long it will last. I would not purchase it again.
