I called Asurion regarding a problem with a brand new Westinghouse generator. I had paid $76 for a “4 year warranty”. I was told that the I should call the manufacturer as the first 3 years were under their warranty, and only the 4th year was covered by Asurion. This is absurd! It is false advertising. If this is really their understanding of their policy, it should be so stated on their big blue square box!

If I fill the main chamber with charcoal, can I grill in the main chamber or do i have to buy a charcoal tray?
Answer: You can definitely grill in the main smoker chamber. Charcoal can be placed in the bottom of the smoker chamber.

how can i get this item shipped to philippines
Answer: Just make one Son. Used Propane tank, angle grinder, and a MIG

How was this delivered? Truck line?did you have to be home?
Answer: You do have to be home but you can schedule delivery.

i just purchased the OK Joe’s longhorn reverse flow smoker Which port should the smoke stack go on since this is reverse flow?
Answer:

Part of the beauty of this unit is that you have a choice in the matter. If you choose reverse flow, keep the baffles in place and the smoke and heat will flow from left to right over the top of the meat. In that case, the smokestack should be on the right. You can also put the stack on the left and remove the baffles,??
