My collection of rods/combos has grown over the years with more kids and they were constantly a mess in the garage; until now. This product was so easy to install, and I was impressed by the quality of parts, especially for the price. This took less than10 minutes to install, from start to finish. It’s very easy to use. The spring clasps seem very well constructed. They have rubber coating that will provide a strong grip without damaging rods. The clasps are stronger than I expected. I like how the design allows me to stagger hanging heights of combos next to each other so each reel is not crammed in. Less tangling overall, and far superior to my old set-up. When my kids want to give to the pond, we’re out the door much quicker due to no detangling time needed! I highly recommend this product. In fact, I’m going to purchase one more to go right beside my first one to take care of a few more poles. I’ve been impressed with all Plusino products I’ve purchased off of Amazon so far. Very good products and overall value.

Good product but mounting could be way better. I put the screws right through the soft plastic. They need to reinforce the screw holes. Do not over tighten!

How to install the fishing rod rack? Is it nailed directly to the wall?
Answer: Just 4 steps are required to get a fully installed fishing pole holders for garage. First, level the rod holder and mark the position of mounting holes, then drill holes on the wall and use hammer to tuck in the plug, finally install and tighten all screws.

How long is the fishing rod rack?
Answer: It is about 16″ long

can these be used outside in the elements?
Answer: Can they ? Yes. Should you ? No ! The spring would rust out and break on each one of the latches due to condensation / rain / humidity.

Could this be mounted in garage with stone walls?
Answer: It could be, I would suggest mounting a piece of wood to the stone and then mount the rod holder to the board. This would ensure that you don’t warp the holder on the stones if they are uneven.
