The product is a “Slimcycle”. Just received it Saturday. I will say that I am a 76 year old woman and I put the complete bike together myself. The company was smart and had all the nuts, bolts and screws in their places. No bag with 50 pieces. You just took the items out of the piece and put them in the attachment. So easy

I have purchased Asurion Protection plans in the past, but this is the first time I have actually tried to use it. I am disappointed. First of all, after waiting about a month for the product to finally arrive and taking approximately two hours to put it together, it’s defective! There is nothing for the screws on the arm pads to screw into. It’s like pounding a nail into drywall. On the sixth email from the seller, they tell me to go buy the screw and they will pay me for it, or I can return the product to Amazon. I am not going to return it. In previous emails, they wanted photos, which I sent. If you look at the product, and the fact that I put two hours into assembly of it, it should be obvious why I don’t want to return it. The product is fine, if the defective arm pads are replaced.
Okay, now we have established that the item has defective arm pads in that they are cheap and cannot stay attached. What do I want Asurion? I wanted a refund for this protection plan, because all they did was refer me back to the seller who failed to fix the problem. The order page sayid it was too late to cancel the product, but it’s too early to file a claim.
When I tried canceling the order, this is the response I got:
“This item is no longer eligible for return.
The return window closed [on the date the product was delivered]. It took two hours to put it together. That’s not a reasonable time frame.
What a waste of money!
I just wanted replacement parts. I tried the seller first. I thought that was why I bought the protection plan, to cover defective parts!
Customer Questions & Answers
My bed length is 7′ – it’s a compact not listed in the guide. Can a 6′ tent be used (needs to be flush with cab to contain full length mattress)?
Answer: No it will not fit because tent is designed to wrap around tailgate
Noticed in the pics and from reviews that the rain fly does not extend over the front opening. Anyone had any issues with water leak?
Used this tent over 8 times this year already. The only time I have had any types of water issues was during a storm that generated over 3 inches in under 2 hours and the only place that was wet was the base of the tent at the tailgate. This was simply because the air mattress I use is custom to the bed of my truck and??
Is the Midsize x 5ft or midsize x 5ft Tall better for a tacoma 3rd gen 5 ft bed?
Answer: Hello. Your Tacoma will require our Truck Tent part number 110765.
Has anyone used this with a 2014 Honda Ridgeline? Does it fit alright?
Answer: It’s for a full size short bed. Probably too big for a Ridgeline. Call Rightline and ask for the best fit.
