Answer: If you are purchasing this directly from Amazon it will most likely ship from one of their fulfillment centers but it may ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI.
Do the rods fall out of the holders? I purchased one @ a big store that doesn’t hold the rods in, when it gets bumped they fall out and get damaged.
Answer: this hold the rods very securely. We have not had a problem
Do they offer the center posts separately? I would like to extend the upper clips from the base. Don??t tell me to contact the manufacturer, I tried.
