Original Post: I bought this to take to my kid’s fishing trip. Item arrived without package box. It’s just shipping label on the orginal retail box. When I open the box, the reel in the blue fishing rod fell off. I tried to re-attached and try to fish. The reel won’t retract. It’s defective! I didn’t even want to try the pink one. I packaged it, in a shipping box, and returned it. Worse of all, I didn’t get full refund. I got charged “RESTOCKING FEE!” For an defective item!!! Amazon chat agent admitted that the SELLER charged restocking fee for defective damaged item shipped by Amazon truck! DON’T BUY! If it’s defective, you can’t return without a restocking fee!!! I am going to dispute with my credit card company.
